Health Condition 1: M940- Chondrocostal junction syndrome [Tietze]

Interventions

Intervention1: Individualised Homoeopathic Medicine: Intervention is planned as administering indicated homoeopathic remedies in centesimal scale. In centesimal scale each dose is consisted of 4-6 c
dosage and repetition depending upon the individual requirement of the case. Total duration- 3 months each case including 15 days follow ups for each case. Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chest pain with no detected abnormality in X- ray and ECG 2. Age 18-60 years and of both the genders. 3. Patient is not undergoing treatment for any systemic illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients suffering from diagnosed cardiovascular diseases including- coronary artery disease, aortic stenosis etc. 2)Patients coming with musculoskeletal deformities. 3) Individuals requiring Oxygen therapy or hospitalization. 4) Individuals having any substance abuse or severe psychiatric illness. 5)Patients having immunocompromised states

MeasureTime frame
Patient –Specific Functional Scale– The PSFS is a pain rating scale published in 1995 and authored by Stratford P; Gill C; Westway M; Binkley J. It is a self-reported valid, reliable, and adaptable to a wide range of population in routine use. For patients with any orthopedic ailment, this helpful questionnaire can be used to determine functional outcome and quantify activity limitation.Timepoint: At baseline, follow up every 15 days, upto 3 months
