Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-60 years 2.Both sexes 3.Patients suffering from FMS with WPI more than equal to 7 and SSS more than equal to 5 Or WPI 4-6 and SSS more than equal to 9 4.Duration of the symptoms more than 3 months. 5.Providing written informed consent to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Immuno-compromised diseases. 2.Uncontrolled psychiatric condition. 3.Pregnant or lactation women. 4.Unexplained weight changes and fever. 5.Any severe acute illness. 6.Patient suffering from any other chronic co-morbidities. 7.Patient taking any homoeopathic medicine from other sources for any chronic diseases within last 3 months. 8.Any alternative medicines taken within last 3 months. 9.Chronic alcoholism and substance abuse.

1.To detect pre-and post-treatment score using fibromyalgia in FIQ questionnaire in patients with fibromyalgia. 2.To shortlist accessory circumstance in fibromyalgia. Timepoint: At the baseline and after every 4 weeks for 12 weeks of the treatment.
