Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fishermen with NCD risk factors Fishermen above 18 years of age to 65 years Fishermen who are permanent residence of the study area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fishermen who are not actively engaged in fishing for past one year Fishermen who were sick during baseline data collection
