Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Skeletally mature patients with a complete ACL tear confirmed atleast four weeks after injury isolated or with concomitant meniscal injuries irrespective of age and gender undergoing primary ACL reconstruction Skeletally mature patients undergoing graft harvest from semitendinosus with or without gracilis tendon gracilis tendon was harvested in case of less than 8mm graft length
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with multi ligamentous knee concomitant MCL LCL PCL injuries Patients with revision ACL reconstruction Patients with history of previous arthroscopic procedures Patients with a diagnosed hamstring tear or prior hamstring harvest
