Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients posted for PCNL elective surgery. 2. Patients those are willing to participate in the study. 3. Aged 18-60 years. 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) classes I and II. 5. Body mass index less than 35kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient those are part of any other study. 2. Coagulopathy, patients with skeletal deformities. 3. History of systemic disease, mental illness, drug abuse. 4. History of allergy to any of the drugs used during the study.
