Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have clinical sign and symptoms of ghridharasi (Pain starting from Sphik and radiating towards kati Prushta Uru, Janu, Jangha and Pada in order.), Sciatica Chronic sciatica patients having pain less than 24 months will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are contraindicated for Niruha Basti and Anuvasana karma.

•To observe the Samyak nirudha lakshana in patients of Gridhrasi •Reduction in pain as per VAS Score •Improvement in SLR range measuredTimepoint: •Base line 0th day •After Treatment, evaluation on 16th day •First follow up 30th day •Second follow up 45th day

MeasureTime frame
•To assess the physicochemical properties like Partition Coefficient, solubility, Degree of ionization, particle size of basti samyojita dravya by both methods of samyojana vidhi. •Improvement in Quality of Life • Reduction in subjective symptoms of Gridhrasi Timepoint: Baseline 0th Day, 16th Day,30th Day, 45th Day.
