Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from symptoms of grahani roga i e Muhu baddha drava Durgandhita Pichchhila Mal Pravriti Aruchi Udara Shoola Vistambha Praseka Gaurava etc over the past 3 months with symptom onset at least 6 months prior to diagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of intestinal Obstruction Crohns disease Ulcerative Colitis Intestinal T B Gastric and Peptic ulcer Patient suffering from Acute diarrhea Typhoid Jaundice hyperthyroidism and uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension etc Patients on prolonged medication with corticosteroids antidepressants anticholinergics immunosuppressant or any other drugs that may have an influence on the outcome of the study Patients having any type of surgery or malignancy Known case of serious of serious hepatic cardiac or kidney disease Patient with known hypersensitivity to any of the trial drugs or their ingredients Pregnant women and lactating mothers
