Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery under sedation or GA. Pregnant females. Refusal to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy and contraindication to pantaprazole and Ranitidine. Pregnant women

To assess the efficacy of the drugs in reducing gastric volume and aspiration RiskTimepoint: Gastric volume will be assessed through usg at 1 hour and 2 hour after giving drug preoperatively
