Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with more than six months to one year of yoga experience who were willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Currently taking any regular medication. 2.Recent surgery, injury, or hospitalization (within the past 1 year). 3.Pregnant or lactating women. 4.Smokers, alcohol users, or substance abusers. 5.Participants with current or previous diagnosis of hernia.
