Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with age 18 to 35 years. Women diagnosed with postpartum depression using Edinburg Postnatal Depression scale less than or equal to 10. Women who are Lactating within 2 to 8 weeks postpartum. Women who exclusive breastfeeding or intent to exclusively breastfeed. Women having difficulty with milk ejection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria • Women with medical conditions affecting lactation (e.g., mastitis, hormonal disorders). • Women with history of severe psychiatric illness requiring pharmacological intervention. • Women on lactation-enhancing medications. • Women with Hearing impairments that may interfere with music perception
