Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed HIV infection. 2. Initiated on TLD regimen (treatment naïve or switched from other ART) for less than 1 month at enrollment. 3. Willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe renal impairment at baseline. 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 3. Known hypersensitivity to TLD components. 4. Incomplete baseline data for primary outcomes.
