Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recreational volleyball, basketball and badminton players playing from at least last 6 months 2. Volunteer to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recently injured players. 2. Those who are not willing to participate. 3. Players suffering from any other medical or musculoskeletal condition.

1. Vertical jump test/Seargent jump test. 2. Sit-ups. 3. Repetitive arch-up test. 4. Prone plank.Timepoint: After recruitment and taking informed consent from participants, outcome measures are recorded only once.
