Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (Age more than 18 years) requiring endotracheal intubation in the ED.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients/Surrogate not providing consent 2. Patients undergoing intubation during cardiac arrest 3.Patients requiring Re-intubation
