Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with DM of age 20-65 years scheduled for lower limb surgery under spinal anesthesia Patient classified as ASA grade 2 and grade 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who didn’t give consent Patient who are allergic to study drug Pregnant females
