Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing intubation patient giving written and informed concent able to comply with test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: emergency case recent oral or maxillofacial surgery restricted neck movement patient unable to rit upper airway pathology like mass in oral cavity
