Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18 years or above. 2 Either Sex M/F 3 Acute Brain Injury Requiring NeuroSurgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Contraindications to the anesthetic drugs being used for study 2 Patient already in shock 3 Intubated outside the operation theatre 4 Having extra cranial injury at the site of placement of NIRS sensor 5 History of previous brain injury 6 Having adrenal insufficiency 7 Having major cardiac or renal diseases 8 Patient already on the support of any vasopressors 9 Patient/Relatives refusal
