Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers aged 18–30 years. Individuals scoring within the normal range (score less than or equal to 3) on a validated health screening tool (General Health Questionnaire - GHQ-12). Individuals willing to participate in yoga sessions and provide informed consent. No history of chronic illness or recent major medical interventions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently practicing yoga or other mind-body interventions regularly. Pregnant or lactating women. Individuals using medications or supplements known to influence oxidative stress, inflammation, or telomere dynamics.
