Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Screen time 4-8hours/day fro more than 1year Forward head posture / Craniovertebral angle less than 48degree SAS-SV more than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic respiratory conditions : COPD , Asthama, bronchitis and other lung diseases Severe musculoskeletal deformities in the neck and spine Neurological disorders affecting posture or respiratory functions Recent Thoracic or spinal surgeries Neck pain Participants unable to fill/ complete the SAS-SV
