Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18–25 years, of either gender. Healthy individuals with no major medical or psychiatric conditions. Willing to comply with study procedures and provide informed consent. Not currently practicing any form of energy healing or meditation regularly. Normal hand/palm sensitivity and baseline palm temperature within measurable range (assessed prior to intervention).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent history of trauma, surgery, or injury affecting the hands, upper body, or palms. Abnormal or highly variable palm temperature, hypersensitivity, or neuropathic conditions affecting hand perception. Medical conditions interfering with accurate physiological or perceptual assessments.
