Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospital Administrative staff between the age group of 25- 50 years Participants of all genders Participants having experience of at least 1.5 years in hospital administration and work duration of at least 6 hrs per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals not willing to participate Individuals on notice period
