Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both males and females desktop working staff of all age groups working in Hospitals over a period of 12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with traumatic neck injuries recent cervical traumas previous neck surgeries whiplash injuries vestibular disorders visual impairment All the neurological disorders such as cervical dystinia, multiple sclerosis, parkinsons disease, stroke and diabetic patients
