Intervention1: segmental spinal: Isobaric Levobupivacaine 1.8 - 2.5ml single stat dose intrathecal Control Intervention1: general anesthesia: propofol iv stat dose 2mg/kg nalbuphine iv stat dose 4mg

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients of ASA I and II grade, undergoing breast and axilla surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following conditions will all be excluded - - Cardiac diseases , Respiratory diseases , Neuropsychiatric disorders - Obese patients , Obstructive sleep apnea - Difficult airway , difficult intubation
