Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group from 18 to 25 years 2. Healthy male and females with BMI of 18 tp 22.9 kg per m 3. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any recent soft tissue injuries within 6 weeks, any recent surgery of upper limb, lower limb, spine or abdomen in last 6 months, trained personnel or athlete with training of 3 or more than 3 years, participants with neurological, musculoskeletal dysfunctions and psychiatric conditions
