Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-60 years diagnosed with Alcohol Dependence Syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of epilepsy or seizure disorders Presence of metal implants or devices Severe psychiatric conditions Severe debilitating medical / surgical conditions

The primary endpoint is the change in alcohol craving scores from baseline to post-intervention (Day 11), and at 1-month and 3-month follow-ups, measured by Alcohol Craving Questionnaire NOW scale Timepoint: baseline to post-intervention (Day 11), and at 1-month and 3-month follow-ups
