Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Only National cadet corps students 2- Informed Consent: Participants must voluntarily agree to participate in the study 3- Those are not in any other training or thesis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Substance Use: Participants who are using performance-enhancing drugs or supplements (e.g., anabolic steroids, creatine, or other ergogenic aids) 2-Non-compliance with Study Protocol: Participants who are unwilling to participate
