Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 30 Both males and female Asymptomatic individuals with at least one trigger point at gastrocnemius and soleus muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injury and fracture in lower limb Vascular condition in the lower limb Previous surgery in leg below the hip Any dermatological condition in lower limb
