Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of above 20 and below 60 years, Irrespective of Gender, occupation or economic status . 2. Patient having sign and symptoms of Bahya Arsha with External Thrombosed Piles. 3. Patients with External Thrombosed Piles who are ready for pichu therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below the age of 20 years and above 60 years. 2. Congenital piles, sentinel tag, 3. Patient suffering from major diseases like DM, TB, HIV, HbsAg. 4. Pregnant women. 5. Patients with prolapsed rectum and rectal polyp.
