Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CHOs working at sub-centres, PHCs, or HWCs; actively practicing; consenting to participate fully and available for the entire study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CHOs on leave or transfer during the study period, those in administrative roles not involved in field practice, and those with psychological or medical conditions affecting participation or comprehension.
