Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having sign symptoms of Janu Sandhigata Vata. 2. Age: between 40- 65 years. 3. Patients with radiological finding of Osteoarthritis. 4. Patients willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of accidental injury or trauma and chronic debilitating disease like Tuberculosis, uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout, Cancer etc. 2. Cases which require surgical intervention. 3. Patient unfit for Basti and Swedana Karma. 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
