Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses (RNs) who are currently working in intensive care units (ICUs) in different units Nurses with a minimum of one year of clinical experience in critical care or related areas. Nurses who are willing to participate in empathy skills training and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses who are on extended leave or who are temporarily away from the clinical setting for more than 6 weeks during the study period. Nurses who have participated in empathy training programs (or similar interventions) within the past 12 months. Nurses who are on administrative posts ANS, DNS and SNO

| The primary outcome of the study is to evaluate the change in empathy and compassion levels among nurses following the empathy training intervention. Empathy will be measured using the Jefferson Scale of Empathy (JSE), and compassion will be measured using the Compassionate Care Questionnaire for Nurses.
