Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sperm count in between 05-15 million per ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having a history of congenital deformity in genitals or surgery of genitals or swelling or malignancy 2. Known case of DM-II or Hypothyroidism or Hypertension . 3. Patient having any sexual transmitted diseases. 4. Patient having dyspareunia. 5. Patients on medication with corticosteroids, antidepressants, anticholinergics, immunosuppressant drugs for last 6 months.

The improvement in the Shukra Shaya symptoms & sperm count from baseline (Day 1) after 90 days of therapy. Timepoint: 3 months
