Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with Down syndrome. 2. Age between 8 to 16 years, of both genders (male and female). 3. Able to follow simple instructions (e.g., sit-to-stand, pick and throw). 4. Able to ambulate independently for a distance of 10 meters without assistance. 5. Able to verbally name each of the following categories: fruits, vegetables, colors and animals. 6. Intellectual Quotient (IQ) greater than 40 7. Willing to participate in the study with parental consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having severe comorbidities such as severe cardiovascular disorders (endocardial cushion defects) and musculoskeletal disorders affecting gait. 2. visual or auditory problems. 3. Body mass index (BMI) of greater than or equal to 30 kg/m2.
