Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Conscious and Oriented patient in ICU GCS more than equals to 13 Patient with TT,ET or BiPAP, CPAP undergoing mechanical ventilation Age more than 18 years to 90 years Intubated for more than 24 hrs. RAAS Score - -2,0,+2

Exclusion criteria: Visual impairments that interfere with color interpretation
