Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants of age group between 18 to 50 years. 2) Either Gender. 3) Participants suffering from Pittaja Mukhapaka with symptoms as daha, ruja, raktavarnata will be included in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants who are unconscious, poisoned, weak, marasmic participants, participants suffering from bleeding disorder. 2) Participants having chronic or carcinogenic ulcers in oral cavity. 3) Known cases of systemic disorders like syphilis and AIDS. 4) Participants taking any kind of vitamin supplements.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the clinical signs and symptoms of Pittaja Mukhapaka, assessed through subjective and objective parameters. These will be evaluated before and after the intervention at defined intervals. Timepoint: Baseline,2nd,5th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected improvement in specific Pittaja Mukhapaka symptoms like reduced pain and burning sensation. Anticipated decrease in the time required for ulcer healing. A projected lower rate of oral ulcer recurrence during the follow-up period. Timepoint: Baseline,7th, 9th day
