Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who are willing to participate providing informed consent Women falling under the age group of 30-58 years Women who will be available at the time of data collection Women who understands and can read and write in english

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who have conceived/pregnant within the provided age group Women who are already diagnosed with osteoporosis and have already undergone screening for BMD Women not willing to participate in the research study
