Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Subjects aged between 16-70 years of either gender Subjects who are fit for nitya virechana and udwartana Subjects whose BMI is above 25 upto 40kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Morbid obesity Obesity due to endocrinal abnormalities Subjects presented with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Subjects with diabetes mellitus and hypertension Pregnant and lactating women Subjects who are not fit for nitya virechana and udwartana
