Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-25 years enrolled as undergraduate students Ability to understand and perform dual tasks Willingness to provide informed consent Available for the entire duration of the intervention and assessment sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological psychiatric or musculoskeletal disorders affecting cognitive or motor function Current use of medications that affect cognition and nervous system function Known cardiovascular or respiratory dysfunction interfering with safe participation Previous dual task training experience
