Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with functional or chronic idiopathic constipation (per Rome IV classification) Able and willing to practice yoga under guided supervision. Patient who are willing to sign in the informed consent form. Patients who are willing to attend OPD once in 7 days Patients who are not currently on regular laxatives or willing to discontinue them under medical

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with IBS-C Colorectal cancer Psychiatric illness Severe hemorrhoids and fissures Endocrine disorder Pregnant women and lactating mothers Medications (Laxatives, oral contraceptive pills, etc.) Malignancy Neurological disorders Patient with any other severe systemic disorder. Cardiac disease H/O abdominal surgery Patients who were not willing to practice yoga sessions during the study period
