Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To determine the association between anemia and right ventricular dysfunction in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction assessed using the TAPSE by PASP ratio Timepoint: 18 months | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To assess the correlation between severity of anemia and echocardiographic parameters of RV function including TAPSE PASP and tricuspid regurgitation grade To compare clinical and laboratory characteristics NYHA class NT-proBNP renal function between anemic and non-anemic HFpEF patients To identify independent predictors of RV dysfunction in HFpEF patients through multivariate regression analysis focusing on variables such as anemia severity atrial fibrillation iron deficiency and renal impairmentTimepoint: 18 months | — |
