Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least three two test and one control loci from three different quadrants of the mouth Patients having 4 to 7mm pockets Patients having more than or equal to 15 teeth in the mouth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with compromised systemic diseases Patients suffering from aggressive periodontitis, Pregnant and lactating women Known deleterious habits like alcohol consumption, tobacco Any form of periodontal therapy in past six months Teeth with mobility grade III
