Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Specific Phobia (ICD-11 criteria)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of Psychiatric comorbidities requiring immediate treatment 2. Current psychotherapy or prior exposure therapy for the same phobia 3. Seizure disorders or VR contraindications 4. Sensory impairments affecting VR use
