Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient giving consent 2. All adult patients with age of 18-65 years admitted in palliative care IPD for neuropathic pain 3. All patients who have not been treated with any other anesthetic agent other than ketamine and morphine for neuropathic pain 4. Life expectancy more than 6 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not giving consent 2. All patients who have been treated with any other anesthetic agent other than ketamine and morphine for neuropathic pain 3. Patient with renal disease 4. Very poor Glasgow coma scale
