Intervention1: Induction of anesthesia with 1 mg/kg body weight of propofol: In patients undergoing general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube placement, induction will be done with 1 mg/kg body weigh

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I/II/III PATIENT AGE MORE THAN OR EQUAL TO 65 YEARS OF ANY GENDER PATIENTS UNDERGOING GA WITH ET TUBE PLACEMENT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to participate in the study. Patient allergic to propofol. ASA IV grading of patients. Patients undergoing surgeries which do not need general anaesthesia or placement of endotracheal tube.
