Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient selected irrespective of their religion, caste, gender without any bars. Controlled cases of Diabetes with HbA1c less than 7 percentage and Hypertension with BP less than or equal to 150 systolic and 90 diastolic. Patients with sign and symptoms of Carcinoma like Abnormal lump or area of thickening that can be felt under the skin, Unexplained weight loss, Unexplained bleeding or Bruising, Changes in Bowel or Bladder Habbits, Fatigue/Weakness, Difficulty in Swallowing, Pain (Site Specific or generalized). Patient diagnosed as Carcinoma after histopathological report and being submitted for Radiotherapy or Chemotherapy or both. Advanced stage of Carcinoma TNM Criteria: T1-T3, N1-N3, M0 Postsurgical Cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having Metastasis T4 M1 stage. Uncontrolled cases of Diabetes with HbA1c more than 7 percentage and Hypertension with BP more than 150 systolic and 90 diastolic. Patients with systemic disease like Asthma, Epilepsy, Autoimmune disorders, multiple Sclerosis, Heart Disease, Renal disease and Hyperthyroidism. Patients with HIV, HBsAg, STDs.

Result will be assessed on the basis of improvement in sign and symptoms of CarcinomaTimepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in Quality of Life of patient.Timepoint: 60 days
