Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults above 18 years All patients with Clinical diagnosis of acute Organophosphorus (Chlorpyrifos) or Paraquat poisoning Presentation within 48 hours post-exposure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mixed or multiple substance ingestion
