Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex between the age of 16 and 60 years. 2. Patients with sign and symptoms of Karnasrava (Tubotympanic Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media) 3. Patients willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 16 years and more than 60 years. 2. Patients having the Atticoantral type of perforation. 3. Patients with systemic disorder - DM type1 and 2. 3. Pregnant women. 4. Patients having ear discharge associated with Haemorrhage, Malignancy of the ear. 5. Patients having other aural pathologies such as Otitis externa, Furunculosis, Fungal infection, Granuloma or polyp.
