Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 patients with signs and symptoms of carcinoma like abnormal lump or area of thickening that can be felt under the skin unintentional weight loss unexplained bleeding or bruising fatigue 2 patients diagnosed as carcinoma after histopathological report or being submitted for radiotherapy or chemotherapy or both 3 Controlled cases of Hypertension diabetes mellitus 4 TNM criteria T1toT3 N1toN3 M0 5 Post surgical case

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Metastasis T4M1 stage 2 Patients suffering from severe systemic disorders and diseases like HIV HbsAg STD TB etc 3 Uncontrolled DM Hypertension serious renal diseases hyperthyroidism
