The study will be conducted on the first year University students who are new to Varanasi city. The participants will be screened on the basis of any symptoms of stress. An Intervention will be given for decreasing the level of stress and, to improve self-regulation abilities.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants will be selected on the basis of the following: 1. New Admissions 1 st Year Migrants University Students 2. Enrolled the courses, U.G., P.G. and Ph.D., 3. Age range between 18-30 years 4. Normal mental and physical health (as per GHQ-12 Screening Tool) 5. Newly admitted students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The sample will not be selected on the basis of following: 1. Non-migrants or residents of Varanasi 2. 2nd , 3rd , 4th and 5th year students 3. Below 18 and above 30 years of age 4. With any form of illness or exposed to any treatment 5. Previously enrolled students
