Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All religions and races irrespective of socioeconomic status. 2)Confirmed diagnosis of IBS-M as per Rome IV criteria. 3)Patient who understand and willing to give informed consent and adhere to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)History of IBD, coeliac disease, or colorectal cancer. 2)Use of antibiotics or probiotics in past 2 weeks. 3)Pregnant or lactating women. 4)Psychiatric illness affecting participation
