Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 20-35 years. 2. Healthy Habitual late risers of both genders irrespective of race, sex, religion and socio-economic status and caste , who consistently wake up after sunrise for at least 5 days per week. 3. Willingness to follow brahma muhurta Uthana followed by Common yoga protocol for at least 5 days per week. 4. Individuals with Swasthya assessment scales score more than equal to 40. 5. Participants willing to give informed consent to follow the Brahma Muhurta Uthana and common yoga Protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who are under conventional medications. 2.Individuals having other metabolic or chronic diseases. 3.Individuals having any psychological illness. 4.Pregnant women, Lactating women. 5.Participants with late-night sleep patterns due to exams or any professional commitments. 6.Individual who are not willing to participate in the study.

Timepoint: 2Weeks ,4weeks ,6weeks
